Summary

On October 24, 2020, at approximately 8:30 p.m., in the vicinity of South Avenue and Brabant Street on Staten Island, [redacted] was standing with his friends - [redacted] and [redacted] at a bus stop. Police Officer John Murphy and Lieutenant Naveed Chaudry, both of the 121st Precinct, stopped the three (Allegations A, B, C, D, E, and F Abuse of Authority: Stop, [redacted]). Officers allegedly frisked [redacted] (Allegation G, Abuse of Authority: Frisk, [redacted]). Lieutenant Chaudry, PO Murphy, Police Officer Christopher Gambardella, Police Officer Nicholas Cavalotti, and Sergeant John Todaro (all of the 121st Precinct) grabbed or pulled [redacted] to prevent him from leaving (Allegations H, I, J, K, and L, Force: Physical force, [redacted]).
