On November 17, 2020, at 8:54 p.m., [redacted] and an unidentified male passenger sat in her vehicle in front of 172 Madison Street in Brooklyn. A vehicle occupied by Sgt. Frederick Manney, PO Anthony Bomparola, PO Patrick Burnett, and PO Mohamed Elhanafi of the 79th Precinct drove past where [redacted]'s vehicle was parked on Madison Street and Sgt. Manney stopped [redacted]'s vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). After [redacted] and the unidentified passenger exited the vehicle, PO Bomparola searched the unidentified passenger (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. Manney and PO Bomparola searched the vehicle (Allegations C-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). When Sgt.
