On January 31, 2020, at approximately 4:57 P.M., Sgt. Aditya Kanojia, PO Joshua Polo, PO Shpresa Tulovic, and PO Christian Balbi, all assigned to the 32nd Precinct, responded to the National Action Network (NAN) office, located at 106 West 145th Street in Manhattan, after receiving an assignment regarding [redacted] who was refusing to leave the office. Sgt. Kanojia forcibly removed [redacted] to [redacted] in Manhattan (Allegation A, Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
