Summary

On May 31, 2019, at approximately 11:02 p.m., [redacted] was home at [redacted] in Manhattan with his father, [redacted] allegedly attempted to attack him when [redacted] with a pole, and [redacted] defended himself by grabbing his arm, scratching him. [redacted] went outside, found Police Officer Thomas Foronjy and Police Officer Allan Taeza of the 7th Precinct, and brought them back to the building. [redacted] and the officers began speaking in the hallway. [redacted] showed Police Officer Foronjy his flashlight, and Police Officer Foronjy allegedly grabbed it from his hand, opened the door, and threw it into the apartment, breaking its focusing feature (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority: Property Damaged, [redacted]).
