On January 4, 2021, at some time between approximately 11:12 a.m. and 11:47 a.m., in the vicinity of Norman Street and Forest Avenue in Queens, Police Officer Louis Marinacci and Detective Anthony Wright of the 104th Precinct allegedly approached and stopped [redacted] (Allegations A-B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
