Summary

On February 17, 2021, at approximately 8:05 p.m., [redacted] entered the 33rd Precinct stationhouse and requested to file a complaint against two police officers. In response to [redacted] request, PO Benjamin Roman of the 33rd Precinct allegedly told him "You have to go there" while pointing to a CCRB poster that provided the agency's address, phone number, and other relevant information for filing a complaint. [redacted] attempted to explain the incident to PO Roman multiple times and each time PO Roman responded, "You have to go there." (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted])
