Summary

On January 6, 2021, at approximately 11:36 p.m., [redacted] was driving on Foch Boulevard in Queens with his friend [redacted] in the passenger seat and [redacted] in the back seat. [redacted] was pulled over by the police on the intersection of Foch Boulevard and 142nd Street (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority-Vehicle Stop, [redacted] PO Mendez and PO Donohue, of the 107th Precinct, approached [redacted]'s vehicle.
