On February 8, 2021, at approximately 6:00 p.m., [redacted] was at a radiology clinic at [redacted] in Queens and had a dispute with the staff over her refusal to wear a mask or leave. The staff called 911 and Police Officer Donald Leblanc and Police Officer Jason Kleinman, both of the 112th Precinct, and later Police Officer Izhar Hussain and Police Officer Thomas Yoo, also of the 112th Precinct, responded to the location.
