On February 24, 2021, at approximately 9:00 p.m. [redacted] and [redacted] two younger children whom she refused to identify, went to the 40th Precinct stationhouse in the Bronx to report an assault and to obtain medical treatment for [redacted] They spoke to Police Officer Syed Ali and Police Officer Jose Pichardo, both of the 40th Precinct, outside the stationhouse.
