At approximately 2:15 a.m., on March 17th, 2021, [redacted] and [redacted] were asleep in [redacted]s house at [redacted] in Brooklyn when Police Officer Joshua Zucker and Police Officer Yehuda Topper, both of the 77th Precinct, entered through the unlocked side door (Allegations A and B - Abuse of Authority: Entry of Premises - [redacted]). Police Officer Zucker informed [redacted] and [redacted] that the officers received a call from an alarm company about an individual in a vacant building "who [was] not supposed to be in here" and asked for their IDs (Allegations C and D - Abuse of Authority: Question - [redacted]). [redacted] handed Police Officer Zucker her ID, and told him that she owned "the place," and that he did not need to see [redacted]'s ID. After reviewing [redacted]'s ID, Police Officer Zucker realized that they were inside [redacted] rather than [redacted]. The two officers then left and proceeded ultimately to [redacted].
