Summary

On March 20, 2021, at approximately 11:00 p.m., [redacted] was parked in his car across the street from 806 62nd Street in Brooklyn, when he was stopped by Sgt. John Freisen and PO Raheem Barnes of the 68th Precinct (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority; [redacted]). Upon approaching the vehicle, PO Barnes asked [redacted] if he had anything illegal in his vehicle, which he denied (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority; [redacted]). [redacted] was then directed to step out of the vehicle and PO Barnes subsequently searched him and his vehicle; nothing was recovered on either [redacted] person or from his vehicle (Allegations D and E: Abuse of Authority; [redacted]).
