On May 2, 2021 at approximately 11:35 pm, [redacted] called the 52nd Precinct and spoke with Sgt. Craig Basler to complain about several issues that were going on at Hull Avenue in the Bronx. [redacted] asked Sgt. Basler for his name and badge number, and Sgt. Basler told [redacted] that he was "full of shit" (Allegation A—Discourtesy: [redacted]). Sgt.
