On May 11th, 2021, at approximately 12:00 p.m., [redacted] went to the 83rd Precinct to file a complaint against PO Jack Rollins of the 83rd Precinct, who gave her a ticket earlier in the day. [redacted] encountered PO William Froehlich from the 83rd Precinct and asked where she could file a complaint against PO Rollins.
