On May 15, 2021, at approximately 9:30 PM, [redacted] was riding the Q train northbound when Officer Lekhram Gobind, Officer Vincent Palumbo and Officer Alberto Leonardo boarded the train at 57th Street. Officers Gobind, Palumbo, and Leonardo briefly spoke with a black male individual before ordering him to exit the train at the 63rd Street subway station (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, Unsubstantiated) (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, Unsubstantiated) (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, Unsubstantiated).
