Summary

On May 17, 2021, at approximately 11:50pm, [redacted] was in her room, in the [redacted] of [redacted] in Queens. When her children became too noisy upstairs in the house, [redacted] turned off one of the power switches connected to the Wi-Fi and some lights upstairs in the house. [redacted] husband, [redacted] called 911. Police Officer Fidney Moise, Police Officer Sung Kim, Police Officer David Hughes and Police Officer Jolman Viera of the 104th Precinct responded.
