On May 11, 2021, at approximately 6:14 p.m., outside of 2797 86th Street in Brooklyn, PO Nicholas Lynch and PO Brian Henn of the 61st Precinct stopped the vehicle in which [redacted] and [redacted] were occupants (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, Exonerated).
