On May 30, 2021, at approximately 12:23 a.m., in the vicinity of 580 Empire Boulevard in Brooklyn, Lieutenant Timothy Brovakos of the 71st Precinct stopped a vehicle in which [redacted] and [redacted] were occupants (Allegations A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted]'s infant son was in the back of the vehicle.
