Summary

On June 6, 2021, at approximately 12:15pm, [redacted] was in the vicinity of the Strategic Response Group 2's (SRG 2) stationhouse, at 1278 Sedgwick Avenue in the Bronx. He then saw that NYPD vehicles were parked on the sidewalk and began taking photos of them. Police Officer Alfonsina Young of SRG2 observed [redacted] taking the photos and she and Sergeant Sindy Sanchez of SRG 2 approached him.
