On May 31, 2021 at approximately 12:25 am, [redacted] called 911 to report a burglary. PO Jonathan Niles and PO Arnold Murphy, assigned to the 77th Precinct, arrived at [redacted] apartment [redacted] in Brooklyn to take the report. PO Murphy entered and searched [redacted] apartment to investigate the burglary (Allegations A and B—Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
