On June 26, 2021, at 7:34PM, Police Officer Jeanette Rodriguez and Police Officer Sergio Castillo, both of the 75 Precinct, stopped [redacted]'s vehicle with four of his friends in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, vehicle stop, [redacted]).
[redacted] reported the following complaint to the CCRB as a witness and on behalf of his son. [redacted] refused to provide contact information for [redacted] and instead said he would have [redacted] contact the investigation. [redacted] never contacted the investigation. [redacted] did not have any contact information for any of the other occupants in the car. [redacted] knew only one occupant, [redacted] and did not know his full name or contact information.
As the other occupants are not identified, they are referred to as Individuals 1-3.
