On June 30, 2021, at approximately 2:00 a.m., [redacted] was at his recording studio at [redacted] in Brooklyn. [redacted] arrived at the location and engaged in a physical and verbal dispute with [redacted] called 911 and Lieutenant Melissa Clark, Police Officer Roberson Altes, Police Officer Peter Lan, Police Officer Ketisha Edwards, Police Officer Christopher Rodriguez and Police Officer Omar Delarosa, all of the 71st Precinct arrived. PO Lan allegedly pushed [redacted] hand down forcefully while [redacted] was speaking (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). Lt.
