On July 18, 2021, at approximately 12:00 p.m., [redacted] was in his bedroom at [redacted] in the Bronx when he heard banging on his door. Police Officer John O'Hagan, Police Officer Brian Fechtmann, and Police Officer Daniel Trentowski, all of ESS 3, drilled a hole into his door to see inside (Allegation A-C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] opened his door, at which time PO O'Hagan entered his room, followed by PO Trentowski, and PO Brian Fechtmann (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). All three officers then allegedly placed their knees onto his back (Allegations E-G: Force [redacted]).
