On July 20, 2021 at approximately 3:40 p.m., [redacted] visited the 34th Precinct stationhouse. [redacted] spoke to PO Zohaib Qureshi of the 34th Precinct outside of the stationhouse and asked him about a summons she received and told him that she wanted to file a complaint against an officer. PO Qureshi told her to go inside the stationhouse. [redacted] entered and waited in the lobby. PO Howard Peralta, also of the 34th Precinct, spoke to [redacted]. She asked him about the summons and asked him about filing a complaint in person against an officer. PO Peralta pointed at a CCRB poster and told her to photograph it.
