On the afternoon of August 4, 2021, [redacted] husband) called 911 to report that he had been threatened by and then had fought with an unidentified male. At 5:27 PM, PO Mdabbul Halim and PO Orkhan Mamedov of the 73rd Precinct responded to [redacted] and [redacted] home, located at [redacted] in Brooklyn.
PO Halim and PO Mamedov spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] inside of their apartment. Also present was [redacted] and [redacted] eight-year-old daughter, [redacted]. PO Halim allegedly said to [redacted] "We don't have to put up with this bullshit" (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]). PO Halim and PO Mamedov then allegedly refused to exit the apartment when [redacted] asked them to leave (Allegations B and C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Mamedov pointed his Taser at [redacted] as [redacted] exited the apartment (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Mamedov and PO Halim followed [redacted] out of the apartment, into the hallway. There, an officer allegedly said that [redacted] would be arrested (Allegation F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Halim then allegedly attempted to punch [redacted] (Allegation G: Force, [redacted]). As [redacted] retreated into the apartment, PO Mamedov again pointed his Taser at [redacted] (Allegation H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
