On July 1, 2021, at approximately 5:00 a.m., [redacted] was at home at [redacted] in the Bronx, when he heard a loud knocking at his door and a voice stating, "Police." When he answered the door, Det. Daniel Silverio of Warrant Section's Regional Fugitive Task Force and other officers allegedly entered the apartment, moved around the apartment, and left allegedly without Det. Silverio providing his business card to [redacted] (Allegations A to C: Abuse of Authority, unsubstantiated).
On August 16, 2021, at approximately 8:00 a.m., [redacted] was at home when he heard a loud knocking at his door and a voice stating, "Police." When he answered the door, officers allegedly entered and moved around the apartment (Allegations D and E: Abuse of Authority: unsubstantiated). Det. Silverio allegedly pulled [redacted] out of the apartment into the hallway (Allegation F: Force, unsubstantiated). Officers and Det. Silverio left allegedly without him providing his business card to [redacted] (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority, unsubstantiated).
On September 24, 2021, at approximately 8:00 a.m., [redacted] was at home with his son, [redacted], when he heard a knocking at his door. When [redacted] answered the door, Det. Silverio, Sgt.
