Summary

On September 7, 2021, at approximately 10:00 p.m., [redacted] called 911 regarding her tenant, [redacted] and alleged that [redacted] struck her in the face with a door. At approximately 10:45 p.m., PO Jason Rieger and PO Daniel Schultz of the 114th Precinct responded to [redacted] s apartment located at [redacted] in Astoria, Queens. FDNY [redacted] also responded. PO Rieger and PO Schultz entered [redacted] s apartment (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Inside the apartment, PO Rieger and [redacted] argued about her alleged injuries. PO Rieger pulled [redacted] out of her apartment and brought her to an FDNY ambulance and told EMT [redacted] to transport [redacted] as an emotionally disturbed person (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). When [redacted] asked for her purse, PO Rieger allegedly told [redacted] "I don't give a fuck" or "I don't give a shit" (Allegation D: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
