At approximately 6:41 p.m. on September 20, 2021, Police Officer Ricky Poh attempted to stop [redacted] vehicle for exceeding the speed limit on the Belt Parkway, Brooklyn. After [redacted] failed to initially stop, PO Poh pulled his police vehicle alongside [redacted] and pointed his gun at [redacted] through the open window (Allegation A: Force [redacted] (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority [redacted]) and told [redacted] to, "Pull the fuck over" (Allegation C: Discourtesy [redacted]).
