Summary

On October 8, 2021, [redacted] was over [redacted] apartment when [redacted] and her fiancé, [redacted] got into a domestic dispute in which officers were called. PO Jason Garcia, PO Nicole Krauss, PO Gaetjeans Doxy, and PO Richard Urbina of the 48th Precinct responded to the location. PO Garcia threatened to remove [redacted] to the hospital (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority: [redacted] was upset that officers were taking [redacted] situation seriously when officers did not help him in the past, which he told to the officers. PO Krauss, PO Garcia, and Sgt.
