On May 10, 2021, at approximately 10:49 pm, officers from the 75th Precinct, including Police Officer Christian Salazar, responded to a gas station located at [redacted] in Brooklyn, in response to a 911 call made by [redacted] for criminal mischief. PO Salazar served as a Spanish-speaking interpreter and the assailant was arrested. Later that day, PO Salazar texted [redacted] to ask how she was feeling. [redacted] responded back, and the texts continued. On approximately June 1, 2021, PO Salazar allegedly told [redacted] that she was very pretty and sent her sexual texts on various unknown dates ([redacted]). On an unknown date in June, 2021, PO Salazar invited [redacted] to go for a ride in his personal vehicle, while he was in uniform and asked her to perform oral sex on him ([redacted]). On an unknown date in October 2021, PO Salazar texted [redacted] requesting to see her and when she refused, he said that he would pay her for sex ([redacted]).
