On December 1, 2021, at approximately 1:10 A.M., in the vicinity of 103-17 Roosevelt Avenue, in Queens, Police Officer Peter Leonello stopped the vehicle in which [redacted] was an occupant (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). He then asked [redacted] if he had drugs, frisked, and searched him (Allegations B-D: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
