On September 11, 2021, at approximately 12:30 a.m., [redacted] went to the Chili's Bar and Restaurant at 80-16 Cooper Avenue in Queens with her friend [redacted] got into a disagreement with the bartender after having several drinks. [redacted] called 911 to report a fight and Police Officers Milton Russi and Harmanjot Singh, both of the 104th Precinct responded to the location. PO Singh and PO Russi told [redacted] to go home and [redacted] initially refused to go home until the officers took a police report. PO Russi called an ambulance and shortly thereafter, Lieutenant Jakub Danisewicz and Police Officer Geraldo Gonzalez, both of the 104th Precinct, arrived at the location. Around this time, an Uber arrived for[redacted] but PO Russi told the cab to leave because [redacted] had to go to the hospital (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] 1).
