Summary

On February 16, 2022, at approximately 8:06 PM, [redacted] double parked his vehicle while driving for Uber in front of the Hotel Pennsylvania located at 401 7th Avenue in Manhattan. Detective Darryle Lamb approached to tell him to move the vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. Lamb subsequently threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). At one point, Det. Lamb threatened to drag [redacted] out of his vehicle and asked if [redacted] wanted to do things the "hard way" (Allegations C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
