Summary

On February 22, 2022, at approximately 2:53 p.m. in the vicinity of [redacted] in Brooklyn, [redacted] was seated in the rear passenger's seat of a cab, which [redacted] was operating, when Police Officer Ahmed Almelaiki, Police Officer Derrell Henry, and Police Officer Keston Paul, all of the 73rd Precinct, stopped the vehicle and stopped [redacted] (Allegations A-B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]; Allegations C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]; Allegation D-E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]; Allegation F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Henry ordered [redacted] to exit the vehicle and frisked him (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Paul searched [redacted] vehicle (Allegation H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
