On April 21, 2022, at approximately 9:07 a.m., [redacted] was at the 145th Street "A/C/B/D" subway station in Manhattan. He attempted to record police activity involving a group of officers from Transit District 3: Sgt. Perry Quincoses, Lt. Ralph Charles, Lt. Dion Gaspard, PO Amanda Lopez, PO Bryan Jones, PO Kirill Ostrovskiy, and PO Anthony Filpo. Sgt.
