On May 21, 2022, at 6:04 p.m., [redacted] entered the 125th Street 4/5/6 subway station in Manhattan and stood in front of the turnstiles. Police Officer Sun Hu of Transit District 04 allegedly said, "Hey man, you can't just stand in front of the turnstile, my man. You're lucky that I didn't use my Taser on you" (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority – Threat of Force, [redacted] held the subway emergency exit gate open, allowing multiple civilians to enter the station without paying. PO Hu told [redacted] to leave the station.
