On June 7, 2022, at approximately 12:45 p.m., [redacted] received a phone call from Det. Guerrero of the 43rd Precinct Detective Squad. Det. Guerrero asked [redacted] for the whereabouts of [redacted] her ex-husband. After [redacted] did not provide the information, Det. Guerrero allegedly said to [redacted] "I want you to know that I am taking the case to a second level with higher people to get a search warrant and break your door down at any time" (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
On June 7, 2022, at approximately 1:54 p.m., [redacted] called Det. Rafael Perdomo of the 43rd Precinct Detective Squad to follow up on the officers' call to [redacted] Det. Perdomo allegedly hung up the phone on [redacted] (Allegation B: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
