At approximately 02:51 a.m. on June 3, 2022, [redacted] and his spouse, [redacted] were at their home located at [redacted] in Brooklyn. [redacted] responded to a doorbell ring and spoke with Police Officer Michael Perez of the 76 Precinct, who requested to conduct a wellness check at [redacted] due to a 911 call received that indicated an assault may be occurring at that location. [redacted] repeatedly denied consent for PO Perez to enter the building. PO Perez then entered by pushing past [redacted] who was standing in the doorway of [redacted].
