On July 4, 2022, at 11:20 PM, Lieutenant Henry Daverin, Police Officer Ramaury Rodriguez, and Police Officer Sebastian Escobar, all of the 94th Precinct, stopped [redacted] vehicle in front of 419 Vandervoort Avenue in Brooklyn (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority – Unable to Determine).
