On August 17th, 2022, at approximately 11:28 PM, [redacted] called the Transit Bureau District 12 stationhouse regarding her son, [redacted] who had been arrested. Sergeant Elena Stojanovski of Transit Bureau District 12 allegedly told [redacted] that she needed "to go have a drink" (Allegation A: Discourtesy – Word, substantiated). [redacted] asked to speak with Sergeant Stojanovski's supervisor, and Sergeant Stojanovski allegedly disengaged the call abruptly (Allegation B: Discourtesy – Action, unsubstantiated).
On August 18th, 2022, at approximately 12:00 AM, [redacted] went to the Transit Bureau District 12 stationhouse and told Sergeant Stojanovski that she wished to file a complaint against her.
