On September 20, 2022, at approximately 12:03 p.m. Sgt. Samuel, PO Pinzon, PO Morgulets, PO Hu, and PO Peng of the 61st Precinct in Brooklyn went to [redacted] in Brooklyn in response to a 911 call about a fight. At Sgt. Samuel's command, the officers entered the location (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, substantiated). As he entered, Sgt.
