At the time, Police Officer Tyron Saxon from the Youth Services Section was speaking with a [redacted]-old youth, identified only as '[redacted]' about the trip. When [redacted] approached PO Saxon for help, [redacted] yelled at [redacted] and told him to wait. While [redacted] and [redacted] argued, Police Officer Nicole Soto from the Youth Services Section told [redacted] that he needed to stop letting these "little shits" from getting to him (Allegation A: Discourtesy - Word; [redacted]). [redacted] believed that PO Soto's remark referred to him. [redacted] asked PO Soto why she called him "a little shit." PO Soto replied, "Are you not a little shit?"
