On April 23, 2022, at approximately 11:30 PM, at the southeast corner of Lexington Avenue and East 110th Street in Manhattan, Police Officer Daniel Boylan, of Patrol Borough Manhattan North Specialized Units, stopped and frisked [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority – [redacted]).
