On January 28, 2023, at approximately 1:30 p.m., [redacted] was walking on Court Street, between President Street and Union Street, when he observed Police Officer Khaled Khachfe and Police Officer Hassan Said, of the 76th Precinct, walking in the opposite direction. [redacted] used profanity against PO Khachfe. In response, PO Khachfe allegedly replied, "Fuck you" (Allegation A: Discourtesy – Word, [redacted]).
