On March 5, 2023, at approximately 7:17AM, Police Officers Ishwarie Bangali, Omar Sheridan, John Reynoso, and Ana Velazquez, all from the 48th Precinct, responded to a 911 call regarding an emotional disturbed person inside of [redacted] in the Bronx. Officers entered [redacted] bedroom (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] pulled [redacted] out of her room and handcuffed her (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]).
