On March 31, 2023, at approximately 5:00P.M., Police Officers Jonathan Baptiste and Yildy Perez-Morales of the 52nd Precinct entered [redacted] apartment at [redacted] in the Bronx after she had allegedly violated an order of protection (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority – Entry of Premises, [redacted] PO Baptiste and PO Perez-Morales pushed and pulled [redacted] in the process of handcuffing her, and PO Baptiste performed a forcible takedown on [redacted] (Allegation C and D: Force – Physical Force, [redacted] PO Baptiste cut the straps of [redacted] drawstring bag with a knife (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority – Property Damaged, [redacted] Officers allegedly threw [redacted] into a police vehicle (Allegation F: Force – Physical Force, [redacted] was arrested for criminal contempt in the first degree, resisting arrest, and harassment in the second degree (BR 02).
