On April 4, 2023, at approximately 9:19pm, in the vicinity of 1138 Adee Avenue, in the Bronx, [redacted] approached a marked SUV and recorded the interior. Police Officer Erin Devoy and Police Officer Angelo Mele, of the 49th Precinct, exited the marked SUV and approached [redacted]. PO Devoy instructed PO Mele to call an ambulance to assess [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
