On September 16, 2022, at approximately 6:58 AM, [redacted] entered the 7-train station at Junction Boulevard and Roosevelt Avenue in Queens. While in the station, [redacted] was playing music from a portable speaker and was ordered to turn off the music by Police Officer Rashawn Holman of Transit District 20. PO Holman then ordered [redacted] to leave the station and pushed him multiple times to get him out of the station (Allegation A - Force: [redacted]).
