Summary

At approximately 6:00 p.m. on July 11, 2023, [redacted] went to Lyon's Pool Recreation Center, located at 6 Victory Boulevard, Staten Island, after hearing that a friend of hers was engaged in a physical altercation. Upon arriving at the location, the building had been closed and police officers were directing the large crowd outside of the building to disperse.
