Summary

On November 19, 2023, at approximately 12:00PM, [redacted] was seated on the stoop in front of 1708 West 12th Street in Brooklyn. Police Officers Vito Scalici and Shenming Luo from the 62nd Precinct responded to a 911 call involving [redacted] and two other unidentified civilians. PO Scalici threatened to remove [redacted] to the hospital if she continued to refuse to provide her ID (Allegation A - Abuse of Authority: Substantiated).
