At approximately 9:00 A.M. on September 8, 2023, [redacted] got into an altercation with another resident at the [redacted] Hostel at [redacted] in Manhattan. Police Officer Riquelmy Mendez, Police Officer Erik Rodriguez, Sergeant Jenny Wong, and Police Officer Peter Crane of the 32nd Precinct responded to the incident.
